Whenever I try to play the game it always turns off. I deleted it then downloaded it again but it still turns off. Please fix it 😡🙏

I love this game and the characters in it! But my coins are weird and the app keeps saying that I don't have enough coins to purchase a character when I really do have enough. My coins look like +10,000. With a plus? If this could please be fixed that would be awesome! Because I love playing this game and would like to keep getting the cute characters :)
