Their advertised prices is a scam
Ordered a minivan to Sheremetyevo, the app showed 1600 rub, then upon departure they requested extra 500 rub because the minivan they sent was large. I hardly saw how is it my problem but I had no time for arguing. Avoid.

Постоянные сбои в системе
Проблемы были постоянно,и я от них отказался на пару месяцев. Сейчас решил попробовать снова - уже на второй поездке списали с меня двойную сумму, причем не с той карты. Больше не вернусь.

This taxi never failed to arrive on time, the drivers are always polite and understanding.
And the app is easy to use, the features are useful. You can even see a picture of your driver :)
