Used to be 5stars!!
I have a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and I’m only able to look at the class schedule. But when I look at anything under my account, example, my classes, my purchases, my attendance etc. the screen is blank. I used to have an android S 22 ultra and had no problems with this app. Not sure why it’s a problem with the Apple, and if it’s only the new iPhone 15 for all Apple products, so sad, cause I really didn’t like this app.Great Concept - Unfortunately Bad App
It has been such a struggle to get this app to work. I even tried troubleshooting with Patty from THY. Even after I went in and they said it should be all set...it isn’t. This bad app could be potentially negatively impacting this small business which is really unfortunate. Hope the bugs get worked out soon.
What issues? You may be asking:
1. Couldn’t sign waiver, only dots appeared. Tried phone and Surface computer
2. Couldn’t add a class or a payment
3. Kept cycling between class list and profile saying it needed to be updated. It was all there.
4. Once I got into my first class and paid the 3 for $33, it was trying to make me pay the $33 again! So I still can’t use the app to schedule a class. Disappointing
5. Previous purchases and classes not showingApp
I can never get my email to connect... therefor i can't use the app besides seeing a schedule
