Best way to wake up
I don’t normally need an alarm but for those MUST be up early days this is such a great option. The sounds are pleasant and can phase in so you are not startled or jolted awake with a fright. Cortisol is naturally higher in the mornings so no need to raise it with a blaring alarm adding to anxiety. Does not turn on your screen
This app is exactly what I needed, soft sounds, highly customizable, calm fade in so I do not wake with anxiety from usual blaring alarm clocks. Unfortunately it does not wake your phone and light up the screen when it goes off. You must unlock your phone, open the app, and press the snooze/stop button. This is rather annoying when I'm trying to quickly stop the sound to not wake my partner.

Ruined a good app
I have used this app for years and it has helped me immensely with my stress levels and actually falling to sleep. I loved the variety on this app as it was one like none of the others, I’d tell my friends etc about it and recommend it. Until now.
Suddenly all off the sessions I have created for myself are now off limits unless I start paying for them as it is supposedly now a premium detail.
Absolutely ridiculous and so disappointed. I will now be deleting this app and finding a new one. Ruined a perfectly good appShow lessSCW-123
