When ordering from this rideshare app many locations do not show up which means Maxim needs to improve its’ mapping. Additionally, when ordering a ride it will show for ex: 8 mins then after 8 mins pass “ will arrive” which is usually another 8 minutes. That need to get better. As a customer I am paying for a ride and should not have to wait an inordinate amount of time. Improve your map and timing.

Beware of extra tolls & poor customer service
big problem with tolls not being included! It was 65 myr from klia airport but the driver added 7 myr without telling me and app didn't give me a chance & support didn't help. Beware of extra tolls added without getting your permission when paying with credit card. you should never add hidden fees without consent! but at least the app worked! grab, eztaxi and gojek all had problems

Maxim offers cheapest rate but app could improve
The Bolt and Grab apps show better were you driver is before he picks you up - with maxim it’s hard to tell when you have secured a taxi and where they are and when they will pick up. App needs improvement
