App doesn’t work
App can’t retrieve anything from the database. It was fine at first, I would just take like 5 minutes to open each page. Now you can wait for about 15 minutes per page, it will not load. It will continue saying ‘cannot retrieve data from database’. It’s a useless app, it’s only function is to take up storage on my phone. Which is quite a shame because I use the website daily without issues.Show lessSimplyy7
Issues since the up date!
Since I did the update on 12/15/17, my leads are not coming through like they should! This is causing my response time to drop. Is there something that can be done to fix this please?!Mamabears78

Always messes up.
After the update, it shows I have a lead, when I really don't. Half the time, I don't get notifications. Piss poor app.Carguy1976

Worthless
Two major flaws that make this unusable for me: templates don't ever load for me when I click on them, and the lack of any ability to view a lead in progress. Therefore, when the app freezes after I try to use a template, as it has every time, and I have to close it, the lead I was trying to answer is now gone. Why can't our templates be in a drop down menu as opposed to pictures? I appreciate them creating this, but so far it's almost useless for me.
I was really excited for this app, but I will be sticking to my saved templates in Evernote and copy and paste.Show lessHoppydragon64
