That an app would demand location services be turned on to perform a function that does not require LS is simply moronic.
Solid color replacement app.
Does what it sets out to do perfectly but would be even better without having to have location services on to use it all of the time.
Terrible
This app would be amazing if they let you use it without turning on location. For that reason alone this is a terrible app, you can't even access it!! No other photo app I use requires my location, get it together!
Fun app but
I thought I had the iPad version but it only seems to display in "portrait"' not "landscape" which is how I most often use my iPad. Otherwise it's a fun app.

Clever & cool.
First for the people whining that you can't pick photos from your camera roll, YOU CAN, just press on the magnify icon and THERE IT IS. It's simple. This app is very clever and easy to use, it's a very cool app. I've used photoshop for years and you could use photoshop to play around with colors to see how a photo looks like with different colors but this app gives you instant color filters instantly from your own photos and the scrolling feature is pretty fun. It's a very cool app to play with.

Photo access denied
Keep popping photo access denied please go to privacy>photo>colour thief. Its not even there. Arent apps suppose to ask whenever try to using photo for the first time then its on the list. Or this apps try to steal something else beside photo?

Very simple and easy to use. It basically transfers the color scheme of one photo to the next. Which is fantastic for collage and just generally if you want color harmony. It works really fast and the results are beautiful. I highly recommend it!!!

This app produces beautiful results, and comes with a few photos so that you can select some color options immediately.
It does not require that location services be turned on using my iPad 3 w/6.1.3.

No rating because I couldn't use the app.
It gives a msg that Location Services must be turned on. It says the app doesn't use the location data, but I couldn't find a way to continue in the app w/o turning Loc Servs on.
I have still never turned it on on my device, but I've been able to use most other photo apps. Even ones that say to turn it on.
