So secure I can't get into my own account!
I was required by work to start using this email encryption service to ensure patient confidentiality. I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one! I created a password, which only works approximately 50% of the time. When it decides not to work, it will give me the message, "Oops! Wrong password!" If I keep trying, it will lock me out of my account for 12 hours, at which point I will have to do a very frustrating and time-consuming song and dance to reset my password and get my emails. I have used several other email encryption services which have been far less exasperating.Show lessAlicia822
Usually great, recently flawed
I've noticed the app no longer opens PDF or word files. All I get now is a black screen. I can't say for certain, but it seems to be a problem since the iOS upgrade.Drm1283
