I love this banking app.
The bank has very nice and respectful and reliable customer service and the app is very easy and secure to use. I recommend it to anyone that is interested in a new bank and their bank app.

I can log in to to my account with a touch of my finger. I love this because I have so many passwords to remember I forget them and I have to pull out my little red book to get them. I love Central Valley Community Bank. It the only bank I trust.

Not happy with the changes!
We have banked with Central Valley Community Bank (Clovis Community Bank) for decades and never had any reason to complain. This new take over has come with many adjustments but this app is probably the biggest disappointment and the worst change. I have experienced several glitches, inability to load account, notifications of “unavailable account info”, my actual balance is never correct, it takes several days for items to post then they are in pending for several days and then eventually they reconcile. I keep good personal track of what actions I have taken however I can rarely be confident of my account status. Very dissatisfied.

Wonderful
I have been a Member of Central Valley Community Bank for over 20 years. J.R. The Branch Manager is the most Wonderful and very attentive person we have ever meant. He is full of Knowledge and kindness. We will forever be members of C.V.C.B
Online Banking
I do appreciate CVCB online banking. Although there have been issues at times, it’s still a good feature for a bank to have! I do love how easy it is to deposit through the app.
Some things are hard to find
I don’t like the fact that it takes so long to clear a Mobil deposit. None of my other banks take as long as this one. It isn’t always easy to navigate your app. One off the top of my head is trying to use Zelle. Why can’t you just go to Zelle without remembering you have to go through other places first.
