Low resolution output is a fatal flaw
I can deal with the forced-square format, but will not let apps like this step on my hi-res images. 1.6mp output is a deal-killer.
Updated: following the developer's response, I reinstalled the app on both an iPhone 6 and a New iPad. The Hi-resolution setting described is automatically enabled when installed, in fact the switch doesn't work, and can't be disabled. The output is 1.6mp as stated previously. I do have the developer's other app MonoVu and it delivers a 11.2mp output. There may be a bug in this one.

Response from developer
Thanks for using PhotoVu app. You can save hi-res images after setting up. Touch the left top icon(Three dots icon) and you can find "Save photos in high-res" option. Thanks, PhotoVu team
Great App
Superb App for some nice unique grunge effects...
Any chance of updating with some more textures??

Horrible. Does not open images
Terrible. Does not open images constantly. Sometimes it works. Usually it just sits there and refuses to open anything.
Horribly broken.

doesn't crop correctly
the filters are awesome but 1) it'd be nice if it had the option to keep the full photo (rather than cropping) when you open a photo in the app. and 2) if you open a photo in the app an crop it to start adding a filter, it DOES NOT crop on the spot you want it to. Looks like a big that needs fixing.

Very nice app. Great filter choices.
Dope
App is awesome
Fun & Elegant
Fun, great change of pace for me to just shoot, pick 2 filers and upload. Results were artistic but still spontaneous. Made instant art with regular pictures. Worth the $.99 upgrade, for me.
