Bad app update

I went into the app to see if I had an rewards and I was actually logged out. I tried to log back in only to find my email 'never had an account'. I've had an account for YEARS! Had my birthday set up for my free birthday buffet even had rewards! I was one purchase buffet from receiving a free buffet and now it's gone!
I had to make a new account so I did. There's no more point system to earn a free buffet and there's no option to enter your birthday for a reward 😡
I'm so upset about the birthday buffet since me and my husband SHARE a birthday (he's born on the same day) and going to redeem our birthday reward has been our birthday tradition for almost 10 years now....
