Reviews of Onboard Performance Tool

Does the job

The Boeing OPT app functions exactly as intended and provides a useful tool for operations. I particularly appreciate the ability to export landing data to FD-Pro, which streamlines the workflow.

From a Human Factors perspective, it would be beneficial if the output data graphical matched that of the aircraft’s FMC. This alignment would facilitate easier comparison and verification between the OPT data and FMC inputs.

Additionally, since slow acceleration is a consideration for rejected takeoffs (RTO), having a feature that displays the time to reach 80 knots would be a valuable enhancement.

Works but infrequently updates

This app works as intended however the support for updates from Boeing is probably reflective of the 737max

This app hasn’t been properly updates since it was released.
It is now stretched on newer generation iPad’s and doesn’t even fill the screen on some models. Multitasking like split view isn’t supported either.

Do better Boeing.
