I have never given an app such a low rating before. I prefer constructive criticism or praise. After just 24 hours of starting an account and excited about using the app's features, my account was disabled with no explanaition as to why. Support has not returned my multiple emails and voicemails for a month. The one person I could reach on the phone, their business developer, said I made a single and simple mistake on my account form and that they will not fix it, re-enable the account or even let me create another account. In 25 years of IT, I have never come across a company that would be so rudely unresponsive and turn away an interested, paying customer in such a blunt and disrespectful fashion and refuse any way of solving the problem. I however, am not rude. If they wish this review removed, they may still contact me if they are prepared to to break their silence and help their customers.
The company's motto is democratizing application development. So far, this is no democracy, it is an uncaring dictatorship.
BEWARE the ethics of this company if you wish to do business with them.
