Needs option to record without backing track, that's all I wanted. I can jam to tracks through speakers and YouTube. Also volume is insanely low when u do record.Logancity1

Good App
Good app for jamming / learning material. Nice simple app - does what it says on the tin. The Roland cube, with it's iLink feature is a great, versatile amp which enables you to use various recording apps (not just this one). Great that it doesn't need latest iOS like so many other apps these days so we can get a bit more use out the older iPad.Show lessIasmaIt
Does not work
Until roland sort this out its pointless, does not share to "show my music" companion app or facebook. It records far too quietly and adds a horrible distortion/hissing noise to recordings. Roland are just ignoring this. I brought this amp for this feature. WE NEED AN UPDATE ROLAND!crazytown jim

Nice App but, as above users have stated, would like to record without a backing track playing. Also, ability to repeat a track(loop) during recording. Thanks.Alien Zing-Zing

I sure wish someone at Roland would have mentioned that this app is only available in App Store under iPhone apps, not iPad apps. I could have saved forty minutes of my life. I'm sure it works fine. Dang, you couldn't put that somewhere to ease the process?eljeffe58
Awesome concept
Issue with the audio, I don't know if it's just my phone or what, but the sound comes out of my call speaker. Not my bottom speaker.My drum teacher recommended this app for me so I can slow down songs and so on so distinct out certain beats which it is excellent for. If you guys fix the speaker issue or there's a way I can get around it I'll deffiently rate 5 starsShow lessChandler Richardson
