Lame humor
This app just takes a normal snarky comment and adds the word "effing" to try to boost the humor value. It does this to every forecast every city. Example .... "What do I care, I love this effing weather." Or "This isn't the weather I was effing hoping for".... lame.jcd4you

Thanks for the feed back and the positive rating. The "eff" is a carry over from a previous version before our name change. I am in the process of converting the phrases.Effing good app
How do I reset the effing location on this app? It's giving me the weather for a different state. Otherwise it's an effing good app.
Just did the update. Is there any way of undoing it? I clicked on current location and the screen is blank. I can't get off the blank screen! I want it back to the way it was!

Pretty much guaran-effing-teed to put a smile on my face. Plus, it tells me what the weather is!

So, it doesn't seem to be restoring my purchases. I got a new iOS device (iPod 5G vs my old iPhone 4S), and getting this app again was on my priority-download list. However, although it is perfectly happy to offer me the chance to log into my Apple ID and pay aNOTHER $1.99 to remove ads, it won't restore those things I'd already bought (No Ads, and as mentioned in my former 4-Star review, the Walking Dead phrasepack). Which is a problem.
Now, that doesn't heavily impact the functionality of the app, but it IS a problem. I'd appreciate it if the developers could resolve the issue, both for myself and future users. It's a serious issue, so for the time being I _have_ to knock it to 3 stars.
That being said, still entertaining. I love the custom BG feature. I wish there was an option to be notified, at specific times per day maybe, of the weather with these phrases. A push notification, or just one of the actual quips in the Notifications Center. Ah well, in a perfect world.Show lessTwelve Yb TnuoC
I Love It But......
At least the temp is accurate, other than that, it is funny as hell. Sure puts a spin on the weather. I just wish it wouldn't hurt my wallet. I had to pay $1.99 just to remove the adds and another $1.99 for the Star Wars pack. There are still another 9 phrase packs, and that's hitting below the belt, looks like someone's getting greedy. If it wasn't for all the extra money that you have to spend, I would've gladly given it all 5 stars.Show lessJedidoughboy
