I think the reason there are no reviews is that there is an ad sitting at the bottom of the screen that blocks out your choices to rate the app and to exchange tickets for tokens. There are other choices that you can't even read because of the ad which is always there and you can't move it to see what's underneath. I think you need to contact the ad people and have them move the ad or you will never get any stars.
