However - that is where the good ends
What is the most basic need in a dumbbell program? Probably tracking weight. I cannot seem to find it, but it is so fundamental I must be missing it.
Also, there is no way to add your own exercises, so you cannot add something even as basic as push-ups or pull ups to your routine.
A good foundation, but looking at the age of this app - if these basics have not been added yet, they probably never will be
