The guy who invented Pilates thought mental and physical health were interrelated and I'm convinced he's right, these exercises make me feel better mentally. Great magazine and the app works great, downloads are super fast and I love being able to bookmark my favorite exercises.john_51

I wanted to like this....
One, the online magazine is a photographed version of the print magazine, so it is not really formatted for your e-reader. Two, its actually MORE expensive to buy the app than to get the magazine delivered.J9070
