There is no words that can describe the easiness that I faced using the app. BRILLIANT. One thing if they can add would help me more, is If I were able to change the phone number for specific cards like for my Children or Wife so that they can be up to date with their spending in their prepaid cards.Show lessAl-Yafei88
Uploading documents
The option of uploading documents from existing gallery on iPhone does not work. Only by capturing an image by camera. This needs to be fixed.Riyad Yousef Salem

The latest 2 updates includes the unnecessary ads that come up as soon as we login , they don’t have any way to close them (No “x”) and we can’t use the app ! I don’t know why these ridiculous ads are included which takes us out of our main purpose for the app to clear your business.Sulaiti78
Booking system error
Very good app.. but there’s an issue with booking number to visit a branch.
It’s seems like zero waiting persons, but in fact I surprised there was 9 persons in queue before me.Faisal aloshari

Disappointing
A rather counter-intuitive app that leaves a lot to be desired. Try locating ‘help’, ‘contact’ or ‘chat’, pretty basic requirement in any app. Trusting this app would work, I tried to change some details of a beneficiary, but was rebuffed with the reply ‘service unavailable’! Why pretend to be offering it then if you can’t handle it?! The QIB call centre advised me to write an email to their IT department! SighShow lessaverroes707

Design is very beautiful .
Interface User-friendly to a great extent.
Very utilitarian I rarely go to the bank, almost i can do everything i need to do using this app.
Secure , OTP , biometrics and Discrete modes .
