Always boots me
Vegas world never accepts the blame that their servers are terrible. I have lost many gems and I have waited 10 or 15 minutes for a party and then gotten booted and cannot get back in. so many people seem to have the same complaints. Either you get frozen or you get booted.
When you contact VW, they never accept the blame on their end and always put it on my end. when I contacted them the last time, they told me to remove the old app and download the new version I did that and it is worse than ever now.Show lesssheilanag
Pls fix the bugs
The app is nice because it’s convenient to be able to log in when I’m away from my computer and keep up my daily streak, but the mobile version is a bit buggy. EVERY time I try to go to a charm party, it will crash once the party starts. As a result, I miss out on all the extra charms and get no refund for the party passes used. It also won’t let me back in to the party without using gems or more passes, so it’s useless :(. If that would get patched, I’d give it 5 stars!Show lessSarah Gregerson
Wonderful game
Great combination of gaming and social. Unlike other casino and poker games this one has a strong social component. You can even make friends here and play together many of the gaming tables and slot games! It’s great fun and should be rather even higher than it already is! Blows games like WSOP and zynga away! SCAM! False advertising
Says right here on Apple’s App Store page that: “if you download right now you get free 2 million coins” which is blatantly untrue. You start with 200k assuming you sign up an account… Another bloatware/adware app designed to steal your data and farm crypto in the background.
This app also drains your battery like nothing I’ve ever seen before. I got from 100% off the charger down to 20% in less than 15 minutes and my phones internal temperature raises to about 100c, quite literally too hot to touch my phone.Show lessWillTWallace
HORRIBLE GAME!!!
This is a typical pay-to-play (technically “pay-to-win!) game with algorithms that track your membership payment level and playing time and gem buying rate and sets algorithms to have you win according to the algorithm. In other words, if you have a VIP membership and buy more gems and play more hours then you will get more favorable winning odds. We did extensive testing of the “odds” at Blackjack tables and Poker tables to prove the game is “fixed”— not natural odds for all players! LOL Quite obvious if you test it! You can play for free of course but you will not get a real experience or real odds that way — so the game is an illusion experience in that sense! This site has been modified to make it very difficult for players to keep their bank. Free spins are now few and far between. The payout on free spins is poor. When you open a game you can expect to lose about sixty spins. The AWARDS are now minimal and pretty rare. The only difference between large bets and small bets is that it just takes longer to go broke with small bets. I personally have lost twenty attempts in a row. Worst app ever
No matter what device I play this game on, the app constantly freezes and/or won’t open, and/or boots you out in the middle of playing. Tech support is the worst. Crashes constantly, even with latest update
This game is quite fun, but it’s frustrating that it crashes all the time. There’s been a big loss of gems and party passes due to the app crashing after parties start. It shuts down on me a lot in the middle of playing slots as well. I just updated and it seems worse than before.JBGAS
