  • Glitchy and Unreliable

    This App constantly crashes. About 50% of the time, it asks me to sign in or to download the App. I typically have to come in and out of the App. I can only share an article through an e-mail, not a text.
  • Fixed problem

    After the first of the year, was not able to load paper from the app. Went to the browser and worked but not satisfactory. Then deleted app and reloaded and now working well as before.
  • No Internet Connection?

    For the last two days neither the Post Standard nor the Utica O-D will connect and download new editions. The screen says “No Internet Connection Detected,” which is obviously nonsense. This is a problem between Gannett and their app programmer.
  • Not good

    The app uses unclear language and options for viewing are muddled by lack of direction. I asked for clarification of my subscription status and got a nonsensical response. I called for lice support and the person who took the call was befuddled and said web service questions were not his job.
