  • AVOID - Appalling customer service

    Took yet another year’s sub despite my having retired over 2 years ago. After considerable difficulty, managed to explain situation to developer whose response was rude, basically “tough”, these are our conditions. So user unfriendly and almost impossible to cancel membership. There are far better ways to obtain CPD and this apparently cheap way of doing so may actually cost you dearly if you find it as difficult as I did to cancel!

  • Don’t waste your time!!!!

    This app is a great idea- however it is the most stressful thing ever! I cannot access 5 years worth of certificates that I have uploaded and the help is shocking!! Do yourself a favour and don’t bother!!

    Scammers and con artists
    Like so many others - money was taken illegally from my bank, subject access requests ignored and attempts to contact the owner on every method including email, phone, linkedin and text were read and ignored.

    I cannot open the App. I can’t access my cpd that I have logged over the last 5 years. The payment has been taken for something I can’t use. I will have to try and get a refund though my bank. Not happy

    Absolute con, cannot get in touch with anyone to cancel the subscription. Have had to block via my bank. Ridiculous.
  • Website and app are not responding

    I need to access my cpd certificates but the app and website are both saying “bad gateway” and I cannot login in. I have tried numerous means of getting access but with no luck. I have a lot of cpd hours saved through this app/website which I need to access to send to gdc. I have sent emails and tried to call but nobody is responding. If somebody reads this please can you rectify the problem.

  • Con-artists - will not cancel auto-renew, will not respond to ANY attempts at contact

    Avoid - they’re cowboys
    To embellish and update - the content is actually very low quality - there are far better, more professional providers out there…don’t be drawn in by the ‘free period’ - there is no unsubscribe from auto-renew and ‘admin’ (seemingly based overseas) does not respond to ANY attempt at contact (email, webchat or voicemail message(s) left on the only contact number available, which is a mobile number). They have taken a second yr’s subscription (put the fee up, too) and now will not respond for a refund…or even to explain themselves.
    I have had to report them to my bank to place an alert agsinst future payments, placed a review on Trustpilot, and will now make things more formal with information to trading standards and dental social media.
    ***Do yourself a favour, save the future headache and go elsewhere***

    This app made me crazy tried to log in at least an hour with my all email addresses but didn’t allowed me to settle. Sorry but annoyed me…
  • Can’t cancel subscription - avoid

    Haven’t used this app for 2 years. Have tried to cancel my annual subscription multiple times via email and direct message (as per advice on website )but they still invoice me and take payment No response to any emails
    Avoid this like the plague.
  • Shoddy service

    As other people have found, it is impossible to get in touch with this company. They ignore all communication channels and have also taken money without consent. Absolutely would not recommend.
