  • It's good.

  • Promising. But not perfect

    The design of this app and the web version is pretty good and could enable you to implement GTD smoothly, except for one important issue: the flaky behavior might cause you to spend too much time worrying about you system instead of getting things done! In particular sync issues will cause changes you made to a task revert , comments that disappear and reappear, and contexts that double up! In one case I had a task that had the same context twice !

    I do hope the developers can fix these issues and make this a great app, but it is still quite usable I it's present state .

    Edit: Upgraded to 4 stars because even though it can be flakey I have never lost a task due to a glitch.

  • The best product on the market

    Having used a number of todo apps in the past I couldn't find one that would cover all my requirements - until I found Nozbe. I've been using it for a while now and it has really helped me manage my business more efficiently. Its a great package which I now use on my desktop computer, laptop, iPhone and iPad all of which integrate seamlessly. I would even go so far as to say its the best business tool I've found to date.

  • A big help

    A very solid app that works well and is fast becoming an integral part of my working life. The only thing that let's it down are the updates, they always seem a little buggy.
  • Not robust enough for real use

    A friend recommended nozbe to me. I'm looking for something for planning, integration with Evernote and drop box and that will play nice with other people for collaboration. I thought is found the perfect app. It also was multi platform which was great for my team.

    But it has fallen at the first hurdle with the invite and sharing of projects with others not working on my account on any device or platform.

    Tech support has been lamentable with no response or updates. One of the developers owners has been in contact offering to add people manually. Not really a viable workaround in the long term or even short term.

    Shame as I really wanted this to work. It was clear and simple to use.

  • A good idea but complicated

    Based on reviews I upgraded to the fully premium addition. I don't really see the benefit. This app has a lot of the standard features for todo apps but I find it quite complicated. It's like having Microsoft project manager for a todo task manager. So many ways you can sort things, unless you are already highly organized it leads to more chaos. That said, I do like his personal productivity magazine...

  • Feels clunky, slow, and loses your tasks

    Let me justify that comment about losing tasks. It's a big I found within a minute of downloading the app.

    Create a project, and you are automatically prompted to add tasks to it. Go ahead, add that task. Save. Come out back into project list view. The task you just created is missing, never to return.

    I read some great reviews about Nozbe's support on various platforms, but if it doesn't feel right on iOS then it's no good for me.

  • Productive

    very useful app-use on iPad,iPhone and MacBook Air. Highly recommend it.
  • Great GTD app

    I've tried quite a few apps for getting things done and I keep coming back to Nozbe. I like the way it lets you break down by project but then consolidate all next actions. It also has features for adding notes and comments to projects and actions. Finally it has a consistent interface across the web, desktop and mobile apps and I regularly use them all

  • A very helpful tool

    Things I like: create task with email; view task by deadline, project, priority; track progress

    Things holding me back: no reminders; a little slow on iPhone 3GS

    Overall a great addition to my productivity toolkit.
