Best real estate app yet
This is a very functional and accurate app. While many national apps have inaccurate information I find that this app is constantly updated with the newest information. Great for driving around neighborhoods and checking out prices!
Buyers Need This App!
We've all done this; driving in the car you see a great looking property and wish you could easily find the price, interior photos, and a description. You don't want to call the Seller's Agent shown on the For Sale sign, or if you take the time to call, you get sent to voicemail. You could pul up the info using your smartphone, but you would need an accurate address. Or, you can open this app and click on the Nearest Me button. One click and you have everything you are looking for. Awesome!

Great ap
If you are looking to find information about a property close to you quickly and enjoy an easy to use interface, then this ap is for you. Very quick and responsive.

Its a great app, possibly the best BUT the bug it has pullsit down to 3 stars
Its a great app possibly the most comprehensive one yet. The amount of details seems to exceed whats found on the MLS listing Full cut sheet for a property. BUT and this is a strong BUT the interface has bugs. The application changes to some social net sign in screen when looking at a listing. It interferes with/in everything, slowing down the process of going through a listing. I spent half my time waiting to get back to each property.
THE BUG: When the screen changes to the unknown sign on screen. First the screen turns white then loads to a sign in screen that gives choices to use multiple different Net-wide security proof valid identity type services like AOL or Live. Then you have to scroll down to the bottom hit cancel and then wait for the property to load again
This bug is noticed especially while sliding through images.
Theres no buttons or anything the even remotely gives an option to gain access to the social network anywhere in the app.
