  • Hard closes after fixing fields

    I use this app to update ZOHO and Google contacts. The time it saves me entering the information into Soho directly as minimal. The app hard closes multiple times after uploading the picture of a business card or screenshot of a contact from another app. The time I spend re-manually typing the information in field step were not scanned correctly. The first time, I’m better off to load the information direct into each app. This app has more bugs that need addressed immediately.

  • Serious scanning bugs

    This has serious scanning problems. About one-third of cards scanned end up scanned upside down, even when the cards is right side up, and so the fields don’t automatically populate. When I try to cancel and rescan, it still scans upside down. Occasionally the app automatically flips the card right side up after a second or two, but the fields don’t populate.

    There is no ability to tell the app to flip the scan right side up and have it try again to populate the fields. This seems like an obvious feature, and a big miss.

    These are serious scanning errors. I can’t believe Zoho would release such a poor product that barely works. I’ve got to find something else that don’t drive me crazy.

  • Easy,Simple & FREE

    I have used this app for about 3yrs intermittent ly now for none business purposes. Had very little problems with it that a phone reset didn't fix. So far I have scanned a few dozen business cards into my contacts on 2 different iPhones without problems, which says alot considering how Apple loves to interfere with things they can't directly OVER Profit from themselves! Hope you guys keep this FREE & SIMPLE so we can continue seeking you out. Thank You!

  • Great app

    Zoho integration works I think like most things user error is the issue with most complaints. You need to customize your fields. Not just click click click
  • Can’t switch ZOHO CRM Accounts

    I recall changing which of my two Zoho CRM acts card scanner writes to, but now I cannot find any means to do so. I don’t work with the same two companies as I did several months ago. So any cards scanned now, still go into other account that I don’t use. Several emails to soho about this issue got me no response. There is no setting in mobile app to change Zoho CRM destination file, or to change from using one if my two email identities to the one relevant to my desired Zoho CRM Acct.
    I would give a 5 stars if this issue gets resolved. Support for card scanner seems missing.

  • Good app

  • Works as promised

    Work as promised. Sometimes picks up handwriting on a card but on the whole saves ample time.
  • This is awesome!

    We use Zoho and it is seemless! Makes going to conferences even less of a chore.
  • Good in theory - poor in practice

    I wish the app worked well. The main problems are:
    - has difficulty scanning well even in good light
    - does poor job of reading text correctly
    - the app crashes frequently (and doesn’t auto save so u have to enter the lead all over again)
  • Doesn’t work

    Previous versions used to work quote well, but after updating to the latest version, the scanner gets stuck and I get a message “Looking for card edges”... it never finds the edges, even in excellent conditions where other scanning apps work perfectly. I managed to get one card scanned recently, after mutiple attempts, and it didn’t synch with Zoho, although all conditions to synch were fulfilled. ZOHO: get your act together, or remove the app from the App Store.
