good up to a point
There are many improvements that could be made to this to make it really good. The major bug bear is when you set your availability you are solely doing it for that date and not specificity if there are several matches/squads that take place on that day, meaning all teams you are “seen" in get a notification you can play?!? Can’t be in 2 places at once.
The other annoyance is I have to keep reinstalling on my iPad as when updates are made to the app it refuses to load.Show lessMashford001
Unintuitive & Too much info
I loaded this app and found nearly 300 lengthy messages going back 2 years clogging up my phone and no apparent way of deleting them in bulk.
I was hoping to find a way of seeing my club card balance, if it is a feature it is not obvious.
I was also hoping to buy tickets and assign them in the app like the Twickenham statism app. No luck with that either.

Very useful app to keep all members (players/parents/supporters/volunteers) of the club informed and up to date with all goings on. Like other reviews, I wish it allowed more than 3x teams to be followed as especially with junior players, they can play in several age group teams and several senior teams regularly. Also if the shop allowed the checkout of more than 1x product at a time (use a basket feature) than that would also be a huge improvement. Otherwise a great app and would recommend to any sports club.Show lessHeatman83
Brilliant app
Following my earlier review/complaint about the app crashing, the app was updated and all seems to be working perfectly fine. Great app, especially the option to play match fee and team updates etc all in one place is just amazing.Bkkee

Good but missing some functionality available on the web
I have used Pitchero for almost 10 years. I live by it, from player availability for training and matches, team selection, match location, alerts, communications, match reports, stats, etc. I love the fact that I have all my history from U7 to U15 available to read back on. I use the Pitchero Mgr app during the match to record live in match events which aid the writing of match reports. I even record videos and photos alongside key events. All my players and their parents are registered to this app so are kept up to date throughout the matches and the season. So why have I not given it a higher score? Well for one the adverts are annoying on both the app and website. And one thing missing from the app but available on the website are the season stats. Such a shame that these are not available on the app.Show lessxxfox

Changing name from (first team) to actual team name
I can’t seem to change the default name that the club you pick is given which is “first team” I’d like to change it to my club name to make it easier on the league table and for it to be more appealing towards the eye. And I’m a supporter of my chosen club Truro City but as I signed up to this app I had choices of coach, player, parent, webmaster, team admin or club member. I’d like to clear the air on if they mean what they say on the tin essentially. At first I left it and skipped it, and now I’m coming back because I’m a supporter and don’t know if “club member” means supporter which the app says you can be in the description. Useful App better before update
Being using this app for many years now and generally pleased with it. However the new update looks great and much easier to use but the ability to see if matches are home or away has been removed which is a real pain in the proverbial when working out match availability for two children in different teams!Show lessMummydash
