Slow, badly designed and full of bugs
Bugs left right and centre, some of which I reported 2+ years ago but in short: you can guarantee that whilst you’re reading, you’ll turn a page and the next spread will just be totally blank. Won’t load, nothing you can do will make it load.
The featured stories on the app homepage sometimes change with every issue but sometimes sit there for 3-4 months and the archive section appears to be the only way to actually read the whole magazine, the rest of the app is just a jumbled selection.
Not only that but half the time the app is just ridiculously slow to load even on a high speed internet connection.
Great magazine but the rebuilt app launched last year (I think?) solved literally none of the problems and managed to create more. If I could digitally subscribe any other way, I would
