Used to work
This app used to work well I have been using it for many years and I have invested a lot of time creating customer and item lists which also used to work well but the last few updates have made the app almost impossible to use and it is completely impossible to get any support from NCH I just end up going around in circles so hopefully this review gets some attention from NCH or alternatively stops other people from purchasing

Lots of bugs avoid at all cost
Feedback:
-some items would display the wrong quantity when the final invoice is printed
-random freezing of UI
-random crashing of app
-invoice is ruined and need to create the invoice over again if you remove an item after the invoice has been recorded, this means there cannot be any mistakes or if a customer doesn’t want an item you would have to re-create a whole new invoice. Very time consuming if the customer has over 25 items.
-no search function for items, must memorize SKU or scroll bar very time consuming inputting items
