Really good app. I've found that it only works when you have your headphones in though so keep that in mind.

Does the job
Exactly the same as my forces bleep test. Use it twice weekly, headphones in and go as far as I can to prepare for my regular 9.4 tests. Recommend it to colleagues.
Excellent App
This is a really easy to use and helpful app, I would highly recommend to anyone attempting to join the police or even those currently serving for promotional purposes.

Great app for training it could benefit from one thing when you press pause it doesn't restart back to the beginning again. Allowing you catch your breath before starting from the place you stopped.

As above the apps layout is awesome but the screen locks and the app stops functioning rendering it useless unless you leave the phone and appon the ground. Brilliant app apart from that.
Could be better...
Looks ideal for police recruits, but soon realised it stops working when the I phone locks it's screen.
So I couldn't wear headphones and train with this.
I had to hold my phone, which was not ideal in the rain.

Poor.
This app doesn't tell me anything other than some exercises to do - it gives you no target for the "reps" or any idea for how long to work put for. All this app appears to be is a basic workout catalogue with the beep test strapped on the back. Want my 69p back.
