I found this program in crunch time. I was desperately trying to figure out how to increase my pull-up numbers to get accepted into marine corps officer candidate school.
I tried this app out. It gave me the protocols and I followed for four days, took three off before my test, and boom. Five pull-ups more than I could a week before. 21 total reps. I’ve continued the full program but haven’t tested myself for a while. I can probably do even more now. I feel a lot stronger now.
The value is in the protocols, and the app itself is okay. It’s very handy, but it’s not the most pretty to look at; but who cares? It’s $2. That is two snickers bars, which will make you fat and out of shape. This $2 will push you to your limits, and who knows... it just might get you into the marine corps.Show lessTough Mudder
