App is not user friendly
The app is very difficult to use. Not user friendly at all. I am also displeased with the overall FSA service. It’s cumbersome and is difficult to get reimbursed and use the FSA debit card without some error that flags my account then it gets locked so I can’t use funds until it’s resolved. This is my money that I contribute and yet it seems the provider almost intentionally makes it difficult to release funds

This has to be the easiest app I’ve used. Straightforward. No unnecessary steps.

Will waste your time and frivolously deny your claims. They demand far more personal information per transaction than was required by my last fsa admin.

Needs Updated Camera Support
No matter what I do, I cannot scan an item because the camera will not focus. I have to manually input the UPC of ever single product I want to check.
This is timely and quite frankly annoying. I’ve been patient with this. But would like to see this fixed.

Very easy to use!
They’ve made great updates to the app and I haven’t had any issues. Really simple to just snap a photo of my receipt and upload to submit my claim. Then I can check my balance and any documents (notifications) I’ve been sent right on the app.
Can’t upload pdf in app
I didn’t have any trouble logging in, but found that the only option for uploading a receipt is either from photos or using the camera. I access the receipt through the website and create a pdf that I then store in files on my device. I cannot access this to upload the receipt through the app due this shortsightedness. Please add the browse option for uploading receipts through the app.

Requires separate password!
I could easily log in to my account on their website but couldn't in this app. Turns out you must call them to request a separate password just for the app. This is so stupid. I didn't know and got locked out of my web login and had to contact them to get my account unlocked. So dumb!!
