Task multiple people per case and coordinate your efforts. • Incidents - Deputies, patrol, and first responders can capture all the information of an incident before it becomes a case. • Full Case Management - Much richer information that goes beyond the crime scene. Including Leads, Surveillance, Canvassing, Operations and more. • Validations - Trigger validations on any record to analyze data and enforce your SOPs. • Court & Closure - Manage data pertaining to the prosecution and outcome of a case. • Robust Configuration - The entire app can now be completely configured to your organization's needs and workflows. • Statistics - We have an easy-to-use stats tool that allows for creating statistical reports across cases, years, personnel and more. • Chat - There is a new chat tool that allows you to communicate with others around all aspects of the project. • Detailed Permissions - You can organize your account into various groups of personnel with separate permissions. You can even restrict permissions by case to particular personnel. You can also redact certain sensitive information from a record. • Audit and Version History - Now view every version of every record including those that were deleted.
