So great can not recommend them enough
I hate going in and having to attach my phone or device to a public computer to print my photos,
I have used this service a couple
Of times
The first was for a canvas- came quickly and was An AMAZING print.
The second time I printed over 94 photos with these guys- even with shipping was so affordable!
They automatically adjusted the size of a couple (for best print quality) and gave me the option to keep or remove- I kept them
I live rurally and my prints came very quickly
The prints were in a nice secure and durable envelope
Thankyou for your product! I still got to print my pictures out even during COVID ❤️

Easy to use App
The App is simple to use and easily accesses all photos on your device, highly recommend. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because I was a little taken back once I got to the checkout, the shipping seemed much higher than I had expected for some basic prints. I did proceed with placing my order but wouldn’t be able to afford to do use this App regularly due to the shipping cost bumping up the cost.

Quick, easy and great customer service
Very happy to recommend this App. I have used PicturePostie app twice and on both occasions very happy with the result and final products.
Firstly it’s so easy to use and organise all from the convenience of your phone.
The products I ordered all looked amazing.
In regard to customer service, my last order had one mistake on one of the items. I alerted PicturePostie via email about it on the Friday. Over the weekend I got a response with steps they would take to rectify the problem. By Wednesday I was express posted a new picture with everything corrected. No fussing with returning the faulty product, they produced a new one and problem solved within days. So their customer service is also fantastic.

Great app
Brilliant app with great quality prints, only thing that lets it down is expensive postage to nz
One change would make this App 5 Stars
I love this app, mainly because the books are printed in Australia and the quality is very good. I have used it many times and I am always happy with the results.
However, when I am printing directly from my instagram account I use a different app based in the US. This is because that app will print each photo uploaded, even when my posts have 10 photos loaded to it. Where as PicturePostie only loads the first photo, so I miss out on printing the other 9 iykwim. This other app is more expensive, especially with postage but I am prepared to pay it as it is more convenient because I use my Instagram account with my captions as a form of scrapbooking.
To make this app perfect, it would upload all photos in each instagram post and include the option to print with dates and captions from Instagram as well.
Other than this, I love this app for quality and cost.

Pricey but worth it
Having my mum die recently and finding picture postie I went from having literally hundreds of photos stick taped to my wall to having them reorganised neatly and beautifully in frames. I wanted to create all my memories and was able to with 2 of the biggest collage’s (54pics) and 1 smaller one (25pics)
The whole process is so easy to follow which makes it even more appealing.
They are expensive but well worth the investment I think in my case!

Finally I can print my memories easily
I’ve printed pics out before at home - (nightmare!) I’ve gone to stores and used the photo machines (don’t take me back there!) and then I found picture postie! Amazingly simple, super awesome and fast support when I got stuck. After submitting my pics delivery was really quick. I now have an awesome photo wall and just want to print more. Thanks for making it so easy to print and display some of the hundreds of pics I have stored on my phone.

What a great way to capture special moments!
I have just ordered my second order after being so impressed with the first one! This time I ordered 3 of the same photo book for Christmas presents.
I love that this is done in Australia. The app is great. Quite user friendly and I love being able to swap the formatting! I loved the idea of creating the photo book whilst on holidays and ordering when you get home! Thank you for a great app!!

Disappointed
Disappointed.
After using the app several times successfully, and recommending to friends, the last few photo orders have been an awful experience.
From photos failing to uploading, order crashing halfway through but still charging my credit card, coupon codes(offered as a resolution) not working, plus receiving blank prints, and dozens of copies of 1 print instead of the photos I actually ordered plus worst of all, prints missing altogether.
Response received was even more disappointing. I’ve wasted my time and money supporting a business that told me to find another printer because they can’t figure out what is causing the issue.

Okay but could be further improved
Picture Postie is definitely one of the better Photobook apps out there, but they could make some further improvements to really become the best app on the market such as:
- option for photos to randomise OR be populated in your book in the order you select them
- uploading process at checkout; one of my books is currently crashing on upload for printing (spent almost 3 hours building it last night), and this is not the first time this has happened
- a SAVE button... omg this would be huge!
- better user experience / app look and feel... it’s a relatively poor UX experience and the colour scheme and navigation feels dated.
Overall though the app is functional - best used for quick and dirty photo prints but a challenge and frustrating for bigger holiday albums

Hi! Thx for your message. The app checks your images before check out to ensure they are all available prior to payment. If any prints are no longer present eg they have been deleted or removed from the source, they will show with a yellow alert icon on them in the Review & Edit screen.
