I like the app and analyzer, but why can't you get the entire swing in 3D. Currently you only get half of it. I know that the sensor is capable of doing this, so why not make that available?... I just don't get it.keller4

I have only used the device for putting (over 6k putts now). You can't email customer service now - you get an automated response email stating their phone number. I don't like the hassle of calling because you get very nice reps who are not golfers or don't understand technical questions. It is a waste of time trying to get answers when calling. I cannot figure out how to filter my library of putts to only see favorites (Skypro if you ever see this, I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus). I see how to do it in the help menu guides but do not see the options available. I also want to know how "path direction at impact" is calculated because as I understand it now, I think the data may be invalid for that spec. Overall I do like the app and device because I can see progress and I feel that I am using my practice time much more efficiently than if I didn't have a Skypro. For those who don't like that on non putting swings you don't receive face angle at impact be thankful that they at least won't bs you with sketchy data values and you end up trusting faulty data. Hopefully it'll get added in an update. Again I haven't actually used the device for full swings, only putts. Generally pretty happy. The app does close unexpectedly on occasion or disconnects once in a while. I just recalibrate and keep going. I don't know if the app performance will diminish the more swings or putts I add, I'm over 6k. I can't see where to "select all" and don't want to have to delete 6k swings individually. That'd be ridiculous. I want to at least be able to save my favorites.A Must Listen!
Missing Face Angle
The app and device seem to work ok but the app doesn't show an important stat; the club face angle at impact. Please add that function and app is a 5.Nojunkbigtrunk
App crashing
This product worked for about 3 putts in my living room tonight. Then the app crashed and I have not been successful at getting the app to get past the splash screen. Upon getting the product everything worked well. Paired, calibrated, made a few putts no issue. Then looking through the data the app crashed. I have not been able to get past the splash screen since. Reinstalled the app, restarted phone, and even reset all phone settings. No luck. I hope some from sky golf sees this and can find an issue or I will likely be sending the unit back if the app can't stay running. I believe I have the latest version as it said it was released on 6/23 but I can't open the app to even be able to check.MotoMania123
Fix bugs
This is awesome when it works. However I am unable to calibrate my clubs. Also, I have multiple clubs of the same name (ie, five 7 irons with different lofts, lie angles, etc). I would like the ability to delete them if I don't want them to avoid confusion.Maggio723
7 strokes off so far
I've been working with SkyPro for the last few weeks. It's a great product at a reasonable price. It does have some deficiencies but overall I would recommend it to anybody. SkyPro has helped me straighten out my swing and take strokes off my score. As a matter of fact I beat my best score by seven strokes just the other day. I only have two complaints about the SkyPro. I wish it had Face angle at impact and drill advice on how to fix your alerts.

I've used the unit twice since I bought it. It works quite well and is pretty easy to navigate once you follow the instructions and read the related help topics. All in all I'm very satisfied with the product and it clearly shows the routing of my swing and the numbers based upon initial swing setup. My two concerns are I sometimes lose Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 5c and the app crashed a couple of times. Otherwise it's simple to set up, calibrate the clubs and get frustrated at what I'm trying to groove, haha. Lastly, I use it in conjunction with a high speed camera and can literally see my positions and corresponding numbers as I play back my video. I'm only giving a four star because of the app crashing.Getting to Scratch

Good app but....
The latest update still does not correct the black display issues on an iPhone 4 showing the list of swings. The rest of the app works well, but the display issue makes it difficult to find a particular swing to review.Dlt322
