  • Exclusive offers don’t work

I don’t know if I am the only player who experiences this, but it’s a bit frustrating when trying to get the exclusive offers. Watching about what feels like hundreds of ads and then not having them register that I’ve watched them so it makes getting these exclusive offers harder to get. I think there’s a bug that’s causing this and I really hope it gets fixed because I’d like to be able to increase my shuffle stash again. I also wish that hints weren’t as frequent a prize than shuffle. Hints don’t really do anything to help win games if you’re stuck. But shuffle helps a lot sometimes. Please fix the bugs that cause the exclusive offers to not work properly. Thanks. Other than that this is such a relaxing game.

  • Need a Solution for the Advertisements!!

This has always been my favorite solitaire app because of the design simplicity and the challenges that are generally easy to navigate. The advertisements have never been a problem in the past as you simply click the "X" icon to close it, though recently they have gotten out of hand.

I find myself having to close and reopen the app to avoid advertisements that can sometimes run up to 45 seconds long. Some even navigate you to unsecured websites even if you decide to forego the suggested external site and select the exit icon. This is unacceptable as users are directed to an external site anyway, possibly subjecting them to harmful data breaches. The in-game banners that appeared in the past updates can be very distracting and negatively affect my satisfaction with the app. These are very aggravating distractions, and its alarming that I'm not the only one troubled by this.

I'm frustrated that there is no option for an ad-free version in which you pay a small amount to remove ads. This would be extremely beneficial because the main problem everyone is having is disturbances in their gameplay. I enjoy this app though I am disappointed that it has become cluttered and is no longer seen as relaxing due to the many interruptions. I really hope this will be resolved as it has truly affected my loyalty and encouraged me to look at other options.

  • Simplicity is NOT a Crime!

I used to love this game. I’ve had it for years. It was a nice way to occupy myself on car rides.

Now, however, the makers have decided to embellish the game and add in new graphics and game-modes. The games have undoubtedly become harder. I’m not the best at Solitaire, but I’ve only won a game twice since the new updates changed the entire game and left behind something that barely resembled Solitaire. The easy to win game mode is somehow even worse.

So, to sum up my thoughts: people who want to play Solitaire aren’t looking for something fancy. They don’t want to lose every game. If you want to make your game fancy, why not add more than two game modes and include a couple for players with medium skill? This game was once amazing, but now it’s something different. Hopefully, I can find a new app that’s more reasonable.

  • Glitching!!

I love the game, but it’s constantly glitching. Currently it’s glitching to the point where I can’t even play the game. It gets to 4 seconds into the game and it freezes! When I click the cards nothing happens and the time has stopped. The game freezes completely. I exit and restart the app and the same thing happens all over again. It freezes at 4 seconds.

I love playing this solitaire app and would like to continue. Please update and fix this issue. Without the glitching I would give the rating a 5 star rating. As other users have complained about ads, I don’t mind the ads because as you get to a certain point, you are able to skip or fast-forward through the ads and quickly return to your game.

  • Glitchy and repetitive

I didn’t think an app about solitaire would really have problems like this but I stand corrected. The app has many ads and it’s quite annoying. The app also doesn’t let you win a lot of the time, I found myself restarting more than actually winning cause they just really want you to walk four ads so you can get the skip and hint bundle they offer every single game. And recently, the game stopped working, I had to make sure that every other app wasn’t running and my wifi was off to even play cause it would just freeze and be unplayable. I decided that this was the final straw and I’ll find some other solitaire app to waste my in between class time with.

  • Need a high score board/numbered games

Essentially high scores are heavily weighted by time. Other score matters are negligible compared to 1 second of time. The only challenging thing about the game for me is to beat my previous score/time. I play 1-handed without hints or shuffle and complete any game that is possible or replay until I do. I don’t pay any attention to challenges, backgrounds or deck customization. Also I don’t play with family or friends as most of them don’t play games. So it would be nice to be able to know how I measure up to other users. Also I’d like to see numbered games and a way to choose a game by its number. Scoring by number would be interesting.

  • Ads, ads, ads, and more ads - game itself is good though

Far too many ads than is reasonable for a solitaire game, which is supposed to be relaxing and an escape from tedium, not something that bombards you with commercial messages that you have to spend your valuable time waiting through and in which you have zero interest. The ads are annoying and interrupt the flow of the game - and whatever slight reverie you might have derived from gameplay. The plethora of ads (between games and the continuous banner ads during games) make me want to either use this game very seldom — or delete this game entirely and find a less ad-infested solitaire app, which is something I‘ll probably do in the near future. That‘s really too bad because the actual solitaire part of the app is very nicely done and plays well. Recommended only if your patience for ads is higher than average.

  • Zynga Solitaire

This game was working till lately. It started locking up and won’t let do anything. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the App Store. It worked for a short time and now it locks up again. I deleted, and then reinstalled from the App Store again. Then I opened and it had a privacy and terms of services, and an Accept button, I clicked on that and it won’t do anything.

What is going on with this app? I can’t use it now.

  • Don’t understand these other guys but...

It’s solitaire, what’s there to understand? There’s a daily challenge and customization feature so it doesn’t get repetitive (though eventually that same thing would fall into repetition.

My only issue is that sometimes the app freezes up for a couple seconds that can’t be fixed by exiting the app. And yeah ads are annoying but at least they let you skip them after 5 seconds or so.

So, yeah. Promising app, I'm hoping to see more deck and background designs in the future, maybe add a custom background feature so we could add our own pictures.

  • Frustrating Features, Inappropriate Ad, Overall Very Negative Experience

I usually enjoy myself a fun game of Solitaire, but this app made that experience nearly impossible. The “Hint” feature this app provides does nothing if there are no moves left in the game, which it does not inform you, and so you may just waste your time racking up moves before you start a new game. The rate at which I found games unsolvable, even when utilizing the undo button, was astounding. I also had the unfortunate experience running into a somewhat explicit ad depicting content not suitable for all ages, and had to report the ad. Given complaints I have seen about other intrusive ads, it is very clear that there is not an effective pre-screening process for the ads that can be shown on this app, and I am very disappointed that anything like it was able to be shown in a game with a +4 rating. Either change the age rating on this game, or insure your ads are free of scams and depictions of inappropriate content.
