  • Please fix app

Please fix the app. It was better before the update. It’s so hard to navigate now. I liked the video tips, no I can’t find them. It was easier to navigate before. Please fix.
  • Prefer the previous app!

I’ve used the previous version for several years. However I recently opened the new app to set up my 2019 garden. I must say I’m disappointed in the most recent version. When trying to add items to the garden it is difficult to search then add. Hope it improves as I already purchased some seeds and plants that I expect to put in the ground in the next month or so.

  • Latest update deleted my account

I used this rudimentary but handy app to plan my gardens recently. I opened it today to update that I’ve seeded peppers, and it had signed me out (my phone recently auto-updated the app). When I tried to login again, it said there is no account with my email address. I’ve lost all my garden planning and task dates. Pretty annoyed. Terrible.

  • Complicated to use

The new Garden plan format is not as user friendly as the old version. No upcoming to do list to view. You have to tap on each item in your garden to see the next task. Not a big fan of the new update.
  • Crash

Every time you open the app it ask for update. When you finally do get to add anything to your garden and try to see any more info the app goes back to a page showing tomatoes. Anything you try it always goes back to the same page. Fix it so we can see more than one page
  • Doesn't save correctly

This isn't well put together. I click on various places to add plants to my garden and it either gets stuck on a page, reverts to another page or deletes my whole list. Very disappointed.
  • Really bad coding ... app doesn’t work...

Really excited, I was going to used this and buy everything from Burpee, just to pay them back for the app. Instead found the app is totally messed up, the buttons don’t do the right thing, the ‘garden’ would not list more than one item. 30 Sept 2018
  • Novices only

Perfect for someone who wants to start an herb or vegetable garden and doesn’t know where to begin. However, you’ll need to stay away from fancy cultivars with different zone tolerances or harvest times.

The limited selection of plants is very disappointing, and so is the lack of information for alternate planting times. For example, LSU Ag Center recommends foxgloves be planted as a cool season flower in New Orleans. Not only are there no dates listed for this, but there is no way for me to change sowing to a different date based on local expertise.

It makes more sense for me to look up each plant and write down dates on an analog calendar, thereby rendering this well-intentioned app useless.

  • Only Guides/Infos

This App, despite the informative guides, has no option of purchasing any of the plants. Honestly, it’s great to garden plan but wouldn’t it be more convenient for consumers to have the option to both Plan and Buy the actual plants? Needless to say, Burpee-the website is an online plant store so technically I was hoping for this to be a Burpee Shopping App.

  • Search

Need a search feature for finding information on specific plants.
