GOD AWFUL TERRIBLE
I wish I could rate this app at zero stars because it NEVER EVEN WORKED. I hesitantly signed on for $9.99 a month trial even though I knew that was a lot more than I wanted to pay. After that the app never worked. It kept saying that to use these features I would need to upgrade and I was already upgraded. When I would click upgrade it would show my account is set to premium but I could never use any of the features.
All I wanted after that was to delete the app and delete my account but even the DELETE button didn’t work!
I want a refund because I should not have been charge for a garbage app that would not even let me cancel it.
I can say this has been by far the worst app I have ever attempted to use to date.Show lessJasonB4601
Better than nothing
The app allows you to create separate campaigns. However, when you click on a campaign, it enters all of your contacts. As a result, you have to sit and cherry pick which contacts you actually want to call. This app won't be really useful until this issue is fixed.Coragus
Great Support and APP
I am using this for a call center. It was daring to try to do this with iPads and the guys in charge were hesitant to let me try it.
No regrets! After trying four or five different apps, I found this one on Google. The autodialer feature is what I was after.
A week into it, we really needed a way to export the data we were collecting…
I emailed support, and they got right back to me. In under three weeks they pushed the update and added a solid feature to do exactly what we talked about.
Since we're using iPads, which don't have the native ability to call out, the Skype dialer has come in handy. We have a dialer feature in FileMaker that works- sometimes. I haven't had any issues with this.
They also let you organize different "campaigns," where you can separate your contacts/ leads. I had too get a little app for the Mac that help me to create a bunch of different groups for each caller, but once I and that, put the files in dropbox and imported them, we were moving again.
If anyone has questions or needs help, I would definitely contact support!!!!

Great APP
It does not work as I had hoped it would but does everything it says it will do. I had a problem uploading my call list but the support team is great and helped me figure it out.. btw the problem was me... lol Some things I would like to see is that when you up load the list would be in the same order as what I uploaded and also once it dials you can pull up the call info without hitting disposition first. Would be nice to be able to see callers name and address and then if the call does not go or they are not interested you could mark that... I have to use my laptop and do a fast number search while it dials to find the info...I like it and if they would make it work more like a call center app or at least let you see the call info first this app would be well worth spending $10.00 for!! or more... I love it I hope to see some improvements and I will continue to use this app... Great work guys...Show lessJasper99006
