This App has stopped working with my iPhone. I’ve used it for over 5 years. What’s wrong? When will this be resolved?
Useless Garbage
It serves no purpose and looks like it was made by someone in their basement 5 years ago. The hardware is okay but software and firmware are garbage.
Looking for other options for control by SMS. These either don’t work in North America or are extremely limited in function.
Great potential to be better but nobody cares to improve it or support it no matter how many you want to purchase.
Phoenix Connect makes an SMS Relay but nobody seems to have any inventory around the world.

Poor customer service
I purchased a few devices from Waferstar and let me say that trying to work with this company to establish a confident relationship to market and resell these products is IMPOSSIBLE!
The last model I purchased was the 4G version GSM-AUTO-AC, the documentation is full of errors, the APP “GSM-AUTO” does not exist in the App store, and the vendor does not respond to emails on this matter. So I have a unit I paid $140usd for and I am hamstringed on using it to it’s full potential.
On the bright side the equipment seems to be well made, so I must assume that Waferstar is a reseller of the devices, because they have no idea how they work when questions arise.
I am submitting this review via the App Store because any correspondence with Waferstar is impossible.

Wow quick turn around on bugs!
Reported app not sending any SMS commands on iOS 10, two days later a new release fixing the issue, great work guys thank you!
AVOID PRODUCT AVOID APP
Bought the GSM 7 Relay Unit and had high hopes and downloaded the APP. Have found the unit unreliable and the APP only seems to make it worse.
The APP overall presentation is poor resembling the graphical skill of a 5 year old. Layout is cumbersome and clumsy. One screen allows you to toggle relay 2 -7 but the actual Unit does not permit this. So if you want to open and close a garage door you need to send 3 TXT meassages.
Lastly Advertising! Why put advertising on this APP.

Did find Witura they have a much better unit that toggles all the relays or switches them and this can be a mix. The App they produce is much better and it is reliable
