Reviews of Wolfson Talmud

  • Well worth a look

The Wolfson talmud has changed completely over the last few months, unrecognizable to before. The only drawback is that each tractate costs just under ten dollars, whereas most similar content on the web is free. But it has a lot of advantages. As before, you can see the block of text being discussed, but now the UI is not cluttered and is very fluid. The shiurim are concise, and it's very easy to play back a section, and to adjust the speed to exactly what you want. The dictionary is amazing. Click on any word and it gives you the translation. Don't know if there is anything like it, obviously a lot of work has gone into this. Only wish the shiurim cost less or that there was a package deal.
  • Amazing app!!!!

Aside from having the gemara before you, the Audio that comes along with it Peice by Peice is so helpful!! Recommend to anyone but especially מתיבתה בחורים such as myself that have to take bechinos, farhers ect
  • I couldn't have finished the daf w/o it

This App is really amazing! The clarity of Rabbi Kosman (who gives the daf),as well as the ability to see the actual daf being learned is a welcome addition to the world of Torah Apps.It won't take long for you to become addicted,& for it to become your primary source for listening, learning & understanding the daf!
