My girls both have this printer and we still have 5packs of papers but everything’s useless because the app wouldn’t work anymore. Yes I have the latest iOS, restarted the phone and the printer, etc. This is how LG treats their customers and it’s the exact reason that I don’t use any of their products. Device won’t connect to app
If you still have time to return the device, DO IT!!!!! Although my phone is on the latest software update and I have a recent released phone (iphone13), the app has a hard time connecting with Bluetooth to allow the printing to occur: when I go on Bluetooth, it says that the printer is connected to my phone but when I go on the app it says otherwise and wont recognize the Bluetooth connection is activated. I’ve gone 10 long minutes trying to turn Bluetooth on and off and redownloading the app to see if it fixes the issue but I still manage to go on the same loophole. I’m so fed up with this printer. So far it’s only printed photos with horizontal streaks going across 🥸Show lessJo_swayCC

App frozen does not work anymore

App desperately needs update for iOS compatibility
LG photo printer works fine on my Mac via Bluetooth but does not work at all on iOS! This makes the printer and app useless LG please fix! LG really need to update their software game falling behind badly compared to peers!Superkule
