Advert system ruining the game
There is a lot to like about Minion Rush. It’s cute, beautiful to look at and fun to play when it’s working. However it’s quite heavy on adverts - you watch them to recover from a mistake, to gain coins, etc, etc - and this system is very poorly integrated. Often you will be told you interrupted the advert when you didn’t, or there is no advert available, or your internet is not connected when it is. Sometimes the ad freezes on the screen, forcing you to close the game, or the screen goes black and you have to restart the tablet to open the game again. This happens so frequently it seriously impacts the fun of playing the game. The other major criticism I would make is spending real money gets you very little. A £20 spend (for which you could buy a whole console game on sale) will hardly make any difference in terms of levelling up. I don’t know what they expect you to spend to really advance. It leaves a sour impression unfortunately.

New Features
When i first had this game years ago it was an endless runner that was fun and simple. they added new places to run which were from the movies and i think that made the game more fun and added a factor of replay ability but when i downloaded it again i was presented with missions. i hate having to play this game and then halfway through running the game ends because i finished the mission. please just make a endless running room it would be so much better than having to do missions. it’s not an improvement from the jelly lab, it’s just as boring. please just make an endless running mode or something. other than that the game runs well and smoothly and despite my hatred for the missions it’s still a good and *slightly* fun game. it’s just the missions that’s annoying

AMAZING
I love minion rush. I love all the different places you can run and all the different costumes are cool too. I love how the creators of the game included stuff from the movies into the game. I also like all the different gadgets you can use. Love minion rush!
So amazing
I remember when games had no adds at all and let you have the full experience unbothered. All of the free apps are plastered with adds and some of them even play adds when you’re in the middle of the game. I’ve always loved these temple run games and it’s the only one I’ve seen with actual levels. I like the levels because it gives you a goal and it’s not the same repetitive thing over and over. I also enjoy the little things too like all the maps you can play on and how different characters have different benefits. And don’t even get me started on the fact that you can earn gru coins without paying real money. I can’t think of any app that allows all of their currencies to be earned and not just paid for. I really love and enjoy this app and the developers did a great job with it.

Older version was more enjoyable where you’d aim for the longest distance now they stop u as soon as u reach one goal. Pretty annoying

When l was little l used to play this game so much! But sadly my tablet broke then:(... My only suggestion is that it should slow down a bit l because l can’t really see what’s happening. But I love this game and it’s way better than subway surfers!!
Love the old version, hate the new one
In the old version I had earned the baby, mum, dad and others but since the massive update I've lost them all. Also didn't have to download the beach etc. I'm not impressed :/ Also I miss the score multiplier for when you did ‘despicable acts’ ie. hitting a minion or destroying objects while using the freeze ray. I miss the character bonuses like if you were the dad or something you would get a double bonus/banana score while running in the mall and you used the bananas to upgrade the items ie. double banana, rocket, moon etc. And on runs you could go from Gru’s lab then, after turning right at the sign, be at the beach.
Also there is a glitch after when you turn and you are on the far right/left and the road returns but when you swipe to get to the middle lane its like you have hit a wall, even well after the lane returned

Not good
Basically it ain’t good cuz after a while u have to download content and if u don’t then u can’t run. And also only the tokens matter and u only get them from the pods so if u can’t run to get the pod how do u get tokens?? Also when u wanna revive u can’t cuz the screen goes black and it drives u MAD 😡 and made me delete the game to restart it. I really don’t see the point in this game cuz now cuz it’s been downloading data and stuff without my consent, most of my megabytes and gigabytes are gone. Just pointing it out there are way too many ads everywhere you turn like when u reviving, then of course the screen goes black driving u MAD 😡 so ppl if u don’t like to get disappointed ☹️ by games think twice about this one. I personally liked the other version from a few yrs ago cuz then it was nice and simple and u didn’t even have to purchase anything soo…. I u could make the game a bit more like that then I’d be happy 😃
