Thx for the useless update- now it doesn’t work!

I have no idea why they can’t leave it alone. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! I agree that it’s gotten ridiculous having to answer question and get a text code EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m actually ready to move my banking elsewhere because this app is so pitiful. I’ve been with Gen from the beginning, since they were First, but enough is enough! Major Inconvenience and costing me time & patience are dealbreakers.
