Good exercises, and loads of them to choose from. Definitely works as a great tool to find out what worked best for me. And I’ve seen many improvements over the year using it along side jogging

This app is incredible. I am 13 and have a 6 pack coming on nicely. The exercises don’t require (to my knowledge) any equipment. The workouts can be set from short (6 minutes), medium (8 minute) and long (10 minutes). I can do the workouts as many times as I like without being stopped. The app also does not stop your workout in the middle with an add. One last thing, a running program needs motivation, these workouts/exercises don’t need that. You just set your time and level and then start. I am really considering downloading another one of their apps.

Impossible: Switch auto renew off / cancel subscription
This should be as easy as signing up but there is no way I can find this option. Please release me!

I loved the Abs exercises but I hated the ads in the app. There is too much of them. Please guys reduce them.

Didn't like having to watch a full commercial right before getting into the app, but good and easy to use app with very good exercises and explanations
