Absolutely free. No Invasive ads (they are at the bottom and hardly noticeable). This has been my go to for years. One of the best out there. Also has the option that many do not, which is to start off at a certain beat, and then dial it up or down automatically within whatever timeframe you wish to set. If you’re a little antsy and want to go down a level, you can start off around where you think you are, and gradually get down to the level you want to be, and allows you to set the time for how long you want that transition to take. That’s much better than you pretty much being in an Alpha wave, and just setting it to start off in Theta for 30 min. You can set it at say to begin around 15 Hertz, and then gradually take you to a 7. Then you choose the time you wish the transition to take and then you can set the total time for it to run before automatically shutting off. Great features for free that most paid apps do not offer. Minimal and easy to use and it will probably be your go to Binaural app.

Best Binaural Beats App
Hands down the best Binaural Beats app as you guys have given us the respect and ability to customise our experience. Most apps assume we don’t know what we’re doing, and therefore we only get what most people “might want”. Your app allows me to choose, thank you! One feature I’d love is to be able to go lower than 200Hz please, I love the beeper tones down around 100Hz and below for a real deep experience. I’m sure that’s an easy one to update.

Best Binaural Beat App!
This app is definitely the best app I’ve used for exploring binaural beats and frequencies. The ability to fine tune the binaural beat and tone frequency makes all the difference in the listener experience. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to have full control over their binaural beat sessions. To the developer please make an updated verseion to the latest IOS 17!!!! Please!!! I really love this app I literally tried all the Binaural apps in the app store and this the best one and the only one you can really customize all the parameters and listen to it as a background sound while using other apps and listening to music or different audio

I can finally do hard thinking work without fighting myself.
Using this app has helped me so much. I’ve been struggling for days to prepare for an emotionally scary conversation I need to have. Then I remembered to put on this app and set it to Alpha.
The past hour has gone so smoothly, and I can think about what’s bothering me without being stuck by the fears and defences and procrastination I was feeling before. The difference was so obvious I had to stop and write this review.
The other wonderful way I use it is to turn on autopilot to fall asleep. Works every time!
Note to developer: thank you for continuing to maintaining app through all of Apple’s iOS changes over the years. I’ve paid for this app already, but if you’d add a Tip Jar of sorts, I’d gladly buy you a coffee once in a while, just to say thanks. 😊

FINALLY, a binaural beats app that is simple, easy, reliable, and attractive
Every few years, I decide to give binaural beats a shot, and end up getting turned off by the bloated, over-complicated, garish, unreliable apps I have to suffer through.
Finally someone who gets that less is more and that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Bravo.

If you spend 15 minutes educating yourself about therapeutic sound, this app does what you need with simplicity and elegance. The other apps I have looked contain fluff and expense you just don’t need. I’ll give a developer like this 5 bucks over someone trying to sell me a subscription to relaxing sounds.

This App is very good and simple, for someone who understands how binaural beat works .
The user has the full flexibility to choose his fundamental frequency and the beats frequency, also the time needed for his experiment.
Adding a field for a background music could be really fantastic.
But still, I give 5 stars.

This has been my favorite binaural app for years now. It is simple yet customizable and effective. One of the few apps I’ve actually taken time to give a review, Nuff Said :)
