Stuck on loading screen, can’t even play

How do you get past the boiler room?!
I’ve been trying too solve the boiler room stage but i can’t do it
Fun but one level is impossible
I enjoyed the game a lot but I don’t know if I’m dumb but there’s a level were you have to get a crate out the way it’s easy but once you tied the ropes in the right way to raise the crates you clip it into a little thing on the floor but then it makes you restart the part were you clip it in to the thing I’ve tried multiple times and the same thing happens I don’t want to use money to find the answer

Good game
It’s a good game but today when I went on to play it I was on a level say I was on level 15 but it sent me back to level 10. either sort this out or I’m never playing this game again

I haven't played it yet but the reason why is bcuz it NEVER FREAKIN LOADS pls make it so it loads faster so I don't sit for 2 FREAKIN HOURS OF LOADING and thank you have a lovely day goodbye for now♡♡♡♡
Expensive and irritating
Far too much for the length of the game. The “action” solutions are not fitting with this sort of game, puzzles are fine but the swiping/tilting bits are annoying and glitchy
