It is SO easy to use the online banking!! Even from my cell phone! I can do most of my banking 24/7. Very user friendly

Pros
1st- customer support is very helpful. If they don't know the answer they will figure it out, coherently explain it, and get back to you in a reasonable time.π
2nd- I love the ability to pay with popmoney, deposit checks through the phone, receive money, and pay my bills. Really streamlines my lifeπ€
Cons
1st- Your password expires every 3 months, but the mobile app does not warn you of this, it just stops letting you login, which is very aggravating.π€ So if you all of a sudden can't login attempt to login to your account through a normal browser and it will prompt you to reset your pw.
2nd- NEEDS MORE GRAPHICS..although not necessary, it's just not an aesthetically pleasing(fancy wording for pretty) app.
