This app constantly logs me out and forgets my Face ID so I have to constantly enter my password instead of using the convenient Face ID.

This bank is the best bank I have ever worked with in my entire career of earning money. Everyone there is personable and professional. Michelle is an amazing person who is so easy to understand when trying to make some big financial decisions. I have had accounts in the big banks and they were OK but I felt that I was just another account there. a First Savings Bank I feel that I am taking care of very well. From Geneva, the beautiful bank teller to Michelle, and everyone in between there has never been such a great group to work with.

Bad customer service
I had an account for years with first savings and then once the manager and her boss decided to close my account without notifying me and then took $95.00 out of my account saying I had made purchases that didn’t even show up on my account or my statements and when I called them and asked why my card was declined the manager or as he told me he was the president and ceo of the company which in fact he wasn’t but he said he has every right to close my account just because it was overdrawn two time but I didn’t even know him or met him so I was irritated but just to say the least I will never bank with any bank associated with first savings again it’s pretty crappy that one person can close the account without a signature and then be as rude as can be and also for a bank to take money out of the account and make up transactions that didn’t exist.

Review
Mobile app needs the ability to see full account and routing numbers. Deposit check function needs a multiple check deposit function instead of one at a time. Rate and review is inconvenient and pops up often. Plus this is making me pick a nickname and it always says taken to submit my review.
