Description of BECSys Now!
BECSys Now! provides an easy way for pool owners and operators to monitor the status of their BECSys Controllers 24/7. An unlimited number of BECSys controllers can be monitored using BECSys Now!
A BECSys controller is added to BECSys Now! either by entering a Serial Number and Authentication Code via EZConnect (on BECSys controllers with a Gbit Ethernet board and EZConnect enabled) or by entering the controller IP Address. BECSys Now! will proceed to establish a connection with the controller, download some identifying information from the controller, and add it to the Controllers list.
Connections established utilizing EZConnect for secure access are indicated with a padlock security icon.
The status of each controller will be indicated by
· Blue Check Mark – Controller is not in alarm
· Red Exclamation Point – Controller is in alarm
· Yellow Question Mark – Connection to controller lost
Controllers in Alarm are sorted to the top, followed by lost connections.
Specific Readings and Alarms can be viewed by selecting a controller from the list.
The status of any controller can be refreshed from the Controller Status screen, or the status of all controllers can be refreshed from the main Controllers screen.
Global Settings allow the operator to configure:
· Lost Connection criteria
· Date Format
· US/Metric Units
· Conductivity Units
· Vacuum Units
The BECSys Now! App is compatible with BECSy5, BECSys7, and BECSysBW controllers with firmware v1.26 or higher. BECSys Now! is also compatible with communications capable BECSys2 and BECSys3 controllers.
