My 3d fan does not work anymore and this app was poorly made do not buy
Don’t even bother, just return the product it came with
This app actually does nothing but brick your holo projector. It’s genuinely so disgustingly bad, I’m embarrassed for the developers of this app. It doesn’t work, and instead of letting me customize my projector, it deleted every single preset on it. No amount of restarting or reinstalling brings my images back. You can’t add images, can’t use the local files it provides. Genuinely just an overpriced piece of garbage and an even more repulsively dysfunctional app

FIX THE APP
It keeps crashing. It will work only some of the time. Can’t add new content because it keeps crashing. Fix it and optimize it for updated versions of iOS
Not compatible with new iOS
The app only works on older software. iOS 17 for example. It doesn’t appear to function currently for video upload. Only picture. Please update the app so it is compatible with the new iOS software.
Won’t connect
Tried to connect to it for an hour straight but the Bluetooth nor the WiFi of the fan will even show up and there’s nothing in the manual to help
Crashes when uploading custom videos
I can upload still images without issue but if I try to send any kind of video file, after the app processes, the app shuts down. Pretty useless if I can’t do this.

Bad app, sketchy that you have to connect to an unsecure Wi-Fi, and I think there’s a hidden camera in it

Do not buy this the plus doesn’t work nothing pops up connecting to the fan is iffy popped up one time deleted it to try to get the plus workin and never popped up again terrible app I repeat pls do not get

The app and fan in general have a lot of red flags, but it does work!
1. You have to connect to it thru wifi to initially add your own images. Yes it is it’s own wifi network. The password and name of it are in the instruction packet, 3d followed by some random letters. I tried over and over, Bluetooth doesn’t seem functional
2. A lot of people seem to have issues adding their own images, but that’s likely only because the app only works at all if you already have the fan on and connected to its wifi. Even then, the app is extremely finicky. The image quality isn’t always the best, but it definitely works.
3. Be careful and patient, ensure it’s firmly mounted before doing anything, especially considering all the red flags.

The plus button does nothing !
I have been connecting it through the wifi and the plus button wont work

The pics started glitching after I tried to put them on there. Sometimes it would say transfer successful and then not show up. Sometimes it works but rarely.
Not very exited
I got the fan for a prodject but any file even if compatible didnt work and came out as a jumbled mess.
