I have been stuck in a chat with “support” since November 25th. I get no response whatsoever to dispatch, or even their incredibly useless “AI” the generally ties you up trying to get issues resolved. So essentially I accept and deliver loads for this company and have been completely black listed and unable to talk to anyone in regards to clearing loads that stay “frozen” or n me after delivering or any support in general. I have no way g contacting anyone from this company at all since November 25th. I’ve asked for help to get it resolved and all I’ve been told is, don’t feel bad there’s like 10 other people having the same issue. Please update and fix your app. As an owner operator. App keeps showing I’m not on shift or on shift for a different kind of load not sand. And I’m missing loads trying to get with customer service. Kicks me out at least three times a day when trying to do paperwork. And sends me loads longer distances for less money. And they hardly help with finding closer places to load.

If you have an iPhone expect this ap to operate at 30%, super lag, crashes all the time and will log you out multiple times through out your day. Developers struggle keeping this platform going

New updates everyday, less functional with every update.
They should pay me for the every minute of my time that has been wasted fooling with this useless junk of an app and worthless embezzling company.

We are scare to the new app updates, every single update is worse making the app’s access more difficult and less connectivity, now we have to restart the app many times during the shift…

App kicking us out multiple times per shift, we know that, please fix that.
SUGGESTION: Please add dark mode for us that work night shift, many time we got our screenlight deemed down and as soon as we open the app, it blind us with full brightness. So, please add dark mode, that would be great.

I would give negative stars if I could
I could not be more unhappy with this app. Kicks me out constantly and I have to log back in. Customer service is a joke. You go into driver support and you get an AI bot program that has not been helpful or relevant to the questions I’ve asked in the entire time I’ve used the app. It’s difficult to get a human being to help you. You can’t export any of your personal pay information and once the administrators terminate you, you no longer have any access to any of your own personal information or records of your work history or financial records. Completely not user-friendly and this app constantly logs your location and accesses your camera photo galleries and send information to various websites even when you’re signed out and not logged into it. It’s a huge invasion of privacy and a waste of battery. Do not download this app. And the company is all about wage theft.

App freezes and will not auto update outside of geo fence. Also can’t approve loads which is messing up peoples money or log out of shift.

Probably for the area we are having to try and use this App in it’s absolutely hands down the WORST MOST AGGRAVATING APP I’ve ever tried to use since I began trucking Sand back in 2016 !
Latest update made it worse
App was working ok before the latest update.
After the latest update two weeks ago that changed. It takes time to accept the BOL, it keeps kicking us out of the app and sometimes it won’t let us sign in, it keeps saying code expired or some error when the password is inserted.
App stopped uploading pictures in the customer support section long time ago, when talking to customer support and they need proof of something, we have to now send a picture to a different number.
Please fix this issues 🙏🏽🙏🏽. Thank you in advance. 9/17/24
